The Oregon Trail o Pioneros de Oregón en español, es un videojuego de ordenador originalmente desarrollado por Don Rawitsch, Bill Heinemann y Paul Dillenberger en 1971 y producido por el Consorcio de Educación Computacional de Minnesota en 1974. El juego original fue diseñado para enseñar a los niños de las escuelas estadounidenses acerca de la vida de los pioneros de la Ruta de Oregón en el Siglo XIX. El jugador asume el rol de un líder en un vagón guiando a su grupo de colonos desde Independence (Misuri) hacia el Valle de Willamette, por la Ruta de Oregón en 1848.
