  1. Great infographic! While it’s probably pretty obvious for readers that knowledge sharing is important, the graphic really puts it in scale.

    1. Well, not everybody is so ready to share knowledge (at least in certain companies here in Spain). People is afraid of being a dispensable part of the chain production and they keep their knowledge hidden under lock and key, as if it was the single existing lifegard that linked them to their job post. Sad but true!
