The ACT National Curriculum Survey® is a one-of-a-kind nationwide survey of educational practices and college and career readiness expectations conducted by ACT every few years.
ACT surveys thousands of K–12 teachers and college instructors in English/writing, mathematics, reading, and science—and, for the first time in 2016, a national cross-section of workforce supervisors and employees—for the purpose of determining which skills and knowledge in these subjects are currently being taught at each grade level and which skills and knowledge are currently considered essential for college and career readiness.
